Hotel Claris is adapted for guests with reduced mobility, offering ramps, elevators, and 100% accessible rooms (except for duplex rooms). Please contact our Guest Service team for any specific needs.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

How can I get to Hotel Claris from the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Barcelona – El Prat (BCN). You can get here by taxi (30 minutes, approx. €40), Aerobús (40 minutes to Plaça Catalunya, ticket €7.90), RENFE train (from Terminal 2 to Passeig de Gràcia, ticket €4.60), or private transfer (contact the hotel to book). The nearest metro stop is Passeig de Gràcia (L2, L3, and L4).

We are located in the heart of the city, just a few meters from Passeig de Gràcia.

Is there parking at Hotel Claris? What is the price and do I need to book a space?

We have our own parking, with no prior reservation required, at a cost of €35.20 per car per day (VAT included). For large vehicles, we recommend contacting us in advance. The parking facility includes charging stations for electric vehicles.

Is there a pool at Hotel Claris? What are the opening hours?

Hotel Claris has a rooftop pool, open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The pool is not heated.

What types of rooms can I book at Hotel Claris?

We offer Double Rooms, Suites, and Duplex Suites.

What kind of breakfast is offered at Hotel Claris? What are the hours and the cost?

We currently offer a buffet breakfast with hot à la carte dishes, served in the breakfast room, for €36.30 per person (VAT included). No reservation is required. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. It can also be ordered in the room.

You can also book the Private Brunch (VIP Breakfast) on the terrace with 24-hour advance notice, for €59.40 per person (VAT included).

We recommend booking the STAY & BREAKFAST offer, which includes a special discount on the room and breakfast.

Yes, we allow small dogs up to 15 kg. We recommend booking the STAY & DOG experience to make the most of your stay. If not booked in advance, a surcharge of €36.30 per day applies (VAT included). Only one dog is allowed per room.

Can I access the terrace without being a guest at Hotel Claris? What are the opening hours?

The bar-restaurant on the Terrassa del Claris is open to everyone, no hotel stay required. The pool area is exclusively for hotel guests. The bar-restaurant is open daily from 11:30 AM to 1:00 AM.

Are there smoking rooms at Hotel Claris?

No, all rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel in accordance with current legislation.

Are there rooms with a jacuzzi at Hotel Claris?

Yes, the Junior Suites and Grand Suites feature a jacuzzi.
