Mayan aromas, rituals, and treatments passed down through generations. Manuel De la Garza, originally from Mexico, imprints his unique style on this wonderful space, transforming it into an exclusive spa.

Our spa holds the Safety and Hygiene Certification, backed by rigorous periodic audits that guarantee the maintenance of the most advanced cleaning and hygiene processes.

Access to the spa is permitted only to clients who have booked a treatment.

Scheduling and Appointments

For our Massages, Rituals, and Signature Packages, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to enjoy and relax in our Temazcal and Sensory Shower with Chromotherapy. For all other treatments, arriving 10 minutes before your appointment is sufficient.

SPA ETIQUETTE

We appreciate your respecting the privacy and tranquility of our guests. The Spa is a mobile phone-free area, and smoking is not permitted. The Spa will provide you with towels, a bathrobe, slippers, and all necessary amenities during your visit.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

To guarantee your reservation, a credit card number will be required, or your room number will be verified (if you are staying at the hotel). For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. For cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
