Access to the spa is exclusively reserved for clients who book a treatment.

Planning and Scheduling

For our Massages, Rituals and Signature Packs, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your appointment to enjoy relaxing in our Temazcal sauna and Chromotherapy Sensations Shower. For all other treatments, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

Spa label

Please respect the privacy and tranquility of our customers. The Spa is a phone-free, non-smoking area. The Spa will provide you with towels, bathrobe, slippers and all the amenities required during your visit.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card or room number (if staying at the hotel) is required to guarantee your reservation. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the value of the reserved treatment will be charged. If cancellation is made less than 12 hours in advance, 100% of the amount will be charged.
